Floor to ceiling windows greet you as you walk in. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. The master bedroom and balcony are what sets our condo apart from the rest. Rare floor to ceiling wall of glass with slider to the double wide balcony! The bunks are in a private room not a hallway. Don't settle for less than the best!
The entire condo is yours complete with keyless access. You will also have access to the private resort beach, best pool in the area, best condo fitness center in the area, great indoor pool and hot tub as well.
Get out of the traffic! Close to Saint Andrews and Shell Island. Pineapple Willys is right next door for your daiquiri fix. Stay out of the traffic and enjoy the resort lifestyle with the best pool on the beach.
Trolly stop in front of condo can take you to Pier Park. Parking for up to 2 vehicles with one space being reserved near the condo. Reserved space can easily accommodate a full size suv but lifted and oversize tires will not fit.
There will be stucco repairs going on in phase 1 starting Sept 24th 2024. It won't affect our unit or access to amenities but there is potential for noise from 8am-6pm M-F.
$100 resort amenities fee will be paid by guest at the resort and is mandatory. It is per reservation not per guest or per night. We don't roll it in so you don't have to pay tax on it.
There is a video doorbell. Please send full names and ages of all guests at time of booking. Unregistered guest are subject to a charge of $50 per person per night and/or possible eviction.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We were blessed to live on Maui for 4 years. After we moved back home to the midwest in 2017 we missed the gorgeous beaches we were used to but didn't want to have to fly to get there and I wanted something that wasn't a five hour time difference to manage. We finally figured out that the Emerald Coast of Florida had the gorgeous water we were looking for with even better sand. We purchased unit 720 at Sores of Panama in 2019 and renamed it Shore is a Blessing after that is what my dad said upon staying there, "you know this really is a blessing". We take great pride in our rentals and use them regularly ourselves so you will find them to be an impeccably clean and well stocked home away from home.Location
